1. Nature of the service
Assurely helps you assess your readiness against ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and related frameworks. Completing an assessment and receiving a report does not constitute, imply, or evidence ISO certification, regulatory compliance, or a guarantee of success in any formal audit or inspection.
2. Not professional advice
Reports, scores, and recommendations produced by Assurely — including any content generated with AI and any expert review — are preparatory advisory only. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, or accredited audit advice. Before making any certification or compliance decision you should engage an accredited certification body (such as BSI, Bureau Veritas, or LRQA).
3. Expert review
Where a report is reviewed by a certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, that review reflects the reviewer's professional opinion based on the information you provide. It is preparatory guidance to help you get ready for certification — it is not an accredited audit and does not bind or represent any certification body.
4. Self-reported information
Assessment answers are provided by you and taken at face value. Assurely does not independently verify or audit your responses, and an independent auditor may reach materially different conclusions based on the same evidence. A strong Assurely score does not guarantee a successful external audit outcome.
5. AI-generated content
Assurely uses AI to help draft summaries and recommendations. AI output can contain errors or omissions and must be reviewed by a competent person before you rely on it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaedi Limited accepts no liability for any loss, damage, regulatory penalty, audit failure, or other harm arising from reliance on Assurely outputs. Reports are indicative and should be refreshed at least annually or after any significant organisational or system change.
