1. Data controller

Assurely is a product of Vaedi Limited, registered in England and Wales (company no. 10089191), which is the data controller for personal data processed through Assurely. Contact: admin@vaedilimited.com.

2. What we collect

We collect the account details you provide (such as name, email, and organisation), the assessment answers and evidence notes you enter, and the reports generated for you. Payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card details. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address and usage logs.

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide the service — running assessments, generating and storing reports, enabling expert review, processing payments, and supporting your account. We do not sell your data. We do not use your assessment content to train third-party AI models.

4. Processors and hosting

Your data is stored on our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and processed by sub-processors including our payment provider (Stripe) and the AI provider used to generate report drafts. Each is engaged under terms that require appropriate security and confidentiality.

5. Retention

We retain your account and assessment data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see your rights below).

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any of these, contact admin@vaedilimited.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
