Last updated: 23 July 2026

1. Who we are

Assurely is a product of Vaedi Limited, registered in England and Wales (company no. 10089191). By creating an account or using Assurely you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Nature of the service

Assurely provides indicative gap analysis and readiness guidance for ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and related frameworks. It is not a certification body and does not provide certification, accredited audit, or legal advice. See our Disclaimer for full details.

3. Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown at checkout and UK VAT is added where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Statutory rights, including any applicable right to a refund for services not yet provided, are unaffected.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account secure. Do not enter passwords, secret keys, or third-party personal data you are not authorised to process into evidence notes.

5. Intellectual property

The Assurely platform, question banks, and scoring logic are the intellectual property of Vaedi Limited. The reports generated for you may be used for your own internal compliance purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

Assurely is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaedi Limited accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on platform outputs, including failure to achieve certification or regulatory compliance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
